INDUSTRIAL BRUSHES TECHNOLOGY - POLISH PRODUCER

Types of filling

1.  Animal raw materials

  • tail horsehair / Argentinian and Mongolian
  • mane horsehair
  • fetlock horsehair
  • Chinese pig bristles
  • goatee beard - Mongolia
  • wild boar bristles - dorsal part

2.  Plant raw materials

  • Sisal fiber /African agave plant fiber/
  • White coconut
  • Palmyra fiber /Bassin/

3.  Raw materials synthetic

Synthetic fibers can be straight and corrugated, round and flattened, or X-shaped /for car washes/. They may also be split at the ends (a whisk).

Synthetic fibers provide a wide assortment of colors, and the highest quality.

Fiber diameter from Ø 0.04 ~ Ø 3.5mm

  • PVC - polyvinyl chloride
  • PP - polypropylene - approved for food contact
  • PE - polyethylene
  • PET - Polyester
  • PA - polyamide - approved for food contact

4.  Abrasives - sanding

Raw sanding materials are brush fibers under the trade name: Tynex (USA) or Abralon (Germany). The fibers are made of polyamide PA 6.6 or PA 6.12 with embedded abrasive grains, such as: AD aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, SIC, AND diamond grain. When sanding, the abrasive fiber reveals new sharp edges of the abrasive grit.
Brushes made of these materials do not "clog up".

Parameters:

  • The diameter of Ø 0.25 ~ Ø 1.9 mm
  • Flattened 1.25 x 2.5mm.
  • Grit diameter from 46 ÷ 1000 N / micron /
  • Filling: Grit amount % by the weight of polyamide from 20 ÷ 40%

5.  Brush wires

Acid-resistant steel wires are used, stainless, non-magnetic, straight and corrugated, round and flattened, bare and coated.

  • steel and coated wires (zinc, tin, brass, copper) - Ø 0.1 ÷ Ø 1.5 mm
  • bare and galvanized steel flat bars - 0.2 x 1 ÷ 1.2 x 3.5 mm
  • brass wires - Ø 0.08 ÷ Ø 0.6 mm
  • phosphor bronze wires - Ø 0.08 ÷ Ø 0.6 mm
  • copper wire - Ø 0.2 ÷ Ø 2.0 mm
  • acid-resistant and stainless wires - Ø 0.1 ÷ Ø 0.6 mm
